Geo Therm Ltd are delighted to announce a return visit to Jotun paints factory in the Sultanate of Oman. The factory one of Jotun’s largest facilities in the MEIA region, produce liquid paints for home decoration, specialist industrial marine and environmental coatings for the regional market.
This is Geo Therm Ltd’s second visit to the Oman factory. The factory is located near to Muscat the capital city, within the Rusayl Industrial Area. Our IRT and EX inspection surveys are expected to begin in September, and used to support the Jotun’s regional preventative maintenance and HSE programme initiatives, orchestrated from their Dubai head office in the UAE.
Jotun is a Norwegian owned company, and one of the world’s largest paint manufacturers. The contract sees Geo Therm Ltd’s team of IRT Thermographic and Ex inspection services used to locate and report on high-resistance high-temperature hot-spots including to condition monitor electrical equipment situated in high risk production areas to pre-empt possible equipment failures and stoppages.
