Luanda, the capital of Angola and a heady mix of industry, port and cultural diversity centred amongst the wealth of old colonial and ultra modern city scape buildings whilst fringed by sprawling poverty stricken shanty-town barrios and sumptuous golden sandy beaches. Excluding these contrasting extremes, Luanda has illogically become the most expensive city in the world for Expats, and one of many West African locations where many of our CBM and thermal imaging survey contracts are fulfilled.
