Geo Therm Ltd is preparing for the upcoming international inspections at JOTUN Paints, a leading producer of paints, marine coatings, and powder coatings in the MEIA region.
The Geo Therm Ltd survey team will collaborate with the Jotun site’s Egyptian maintenance team to conduct a series of non-invasive inspections and provide training as per the obligations of its three-year MEIA regional contract at its company’s African headquarters in Cairo and at its main factory in the 10th Ramadan City, Egypt.
Both locations will be combined as back-to-back surveys, visiting the factory then head office with the scope of works to be completed by Geo Therm Ltd by mid-May 2025, taking 2 full weeks to complete.
The administration building serves as the primary contact point for both Jotun Paint factories located in Ismailia and 10th of Ramadan City. The newer factory located in the industrial zone on the outskirts of the 10th Ramadan City is built over an expansive area of 94,000 square meters and has a production capacity of 70 million Liters of paint per year.
Jotun is a Norwegian multinational chemicals company dealing mainly in decorative paints and performance coatings. It is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of paints and coating products, including specialist marine coatings for all types of craft.
